As an assignment nears conclusion – typically 6 months from projected repatriation date – our Client Service Manager performs a briefing to set expectations and organize all repatriation activities. We arrange the tax briefing, conduct a compensation review and direct all departure and relocation services to welcome an assignee back home.

Household Goods Management, Forwarding and Storage
RELO Direct® professionally and efficiently arranges the shipment, forwarding and storage of relocating employee belongings and household goods on a global scale.

On-Assignment Services and Support
RELO Direct’s comprehensive solution ensures total coverage for all assignee needs and services, from preparing for the move through assignment end. On-assignment services include: regular support contact; tracking and reporting of payroll data through system interfaces; tracking visa expiration dates; COLA updates and balance sheet revisions; tracking home leave expenses; and coordinating completion of assignee tax returns.

Repatriation Assistance
Through thoughtful support services, RELO Direct® achieves successful repatriation for assignees returning to their home country. A needs assessment conducted 3-6 months prior to repatriation assures the assignee understands the dynamics of the process and develops strategies for the smoothest possible return.
