About Lisa

  Lisa joined the RELO Direct® team in 2022, bringing with her over thirty years of experience in domestic and international relocation for both private sector cients as well as agencies of the Federal government. As RELO Direct’s Vice President, Client Support Services, Lisa is responsible for overseeing our supply chain strategy with a focus on establishing and maintaining successful long-term partnerships.

Lisa supports RELO Direct’s “You First” approach by creating and managing our performance-based supplier program, ensuring that our clients and relocating employees receive the highest possible level of service excellence from our vetted network of supply chain partners.

Lisa uses established criteria for qualifying new potential providers, evaluates the performance of existing suppliers against agreed upon KPIs, and negotiates supplier contracts and service level commitments to ensure a cost-effective program. She also serves as a high-level escalation point for service resolution.
