About Dianne
Dianne joined RELO Direct® in 2008, as Vice President, Client Services, bringing with her extensive experience in both domestic and global relocation, especially in managerial and supervisory capacities.
Based upon her demonstrated success in managing all aspects of an international assignment services team, Dianne was promoted in 2015 to the position of Senior Vice President, Client Relations. In this role, Dianne is responsible for all client services functions, including; relationship management, service and accounting operations, vendor management and technology.
Dianne is a well-respected industry figure with extensive experience in relocation. She has worked at several relocation management companies holding positions including Vice President, Global Services; Account Executive; Director of Global Operations; and Manager of International Assignments. Dianne is especially experienced at developing strong internal and external relationships in culturally diverse environments.
Dianne holds Bachelors of Arts degrees in both French and Political Science from Benedictine College and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Missouri. She has also lived and worked abroad in both France and Italy. Dianne speaks English, French, and Italian, and has earned both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist, Strategic Talent Mobility (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide ERC®.
