Chicago-based RELO Direct®, Inc. announced today that Elizabeth Wackerlin has joined the organization as Director, Client Services. In this role, she will oversee RELO Direct’s front-line Client Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and strong performance in a collaborative environment.

Wackerlin has ten years of experience in the real estate and relocation industry. Prior to joining RELO Direct®, she served as a Client Services Manager and Client Strategic Partner at a large relocation management company all-inclusively managing operations and strategy of both domestic and international corporate relocation consulting services. Her other previous roles include serving as a Regional Director for a national nonprofit, and as a Global Assignment Consultant at a niche relocation management firm. Additionally, Elizabeth has privately consulted on various translation, media, event, and writing projects for multiple organizations and supervised cultural au pair programs through a US Department of State-designated organization.
Wackerlin has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Knox College, a Master of Business Administration from Aurora University, and is currently enrolled in continuing education at the University of Pennsylvania, Warton School of Business earning a Professional Certificate in Strategic Management. She holds both the Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations accredited by Worldwide ERC®.
