A widely respected figure in the global mobility industry, Demuth brings more than 30 years of experience to RELO Direct®. His career includes senior leadership roles within multinational corporations, 15 years as a successful entrepreneur, and tenure on the boards of both the European Relocation Association (EuRA) and TIRA (The International Relocation Associates). This background provides a unique blend of operational experience and deep institutional knowledge, positioning him to make an immediate impact on the company's global service delivery.
In his new role, Demuth will advance RELO Direct’s “You First” service philosophy by partnering with HR leaders to design mobility and immigration strategies that anticipate shifting organizational needs. He will guide operational performance across complex vendor networks, ensuring rigorous commercial oversight and consistently high service quality. Furthermore, he will strengthen risk and compliance frameworks to safeguard client organizations while preserving a seamless and supportive experience for relocating employees.
