Bob Portale brings more than sixteen years of experience in account management and business development to his role as president/CEO of RELO Direct®. Most recently, he was vice president of sales for a national relocation company, where he was responsible for business development efforts with Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure, he helped the company expand into the New York and Chicago markets. Portale holds the Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations and was awarded the 2005 Meritorious Service Award from ERC. |

Leon serves as RELO Direct's chief operating officer, overseeing RELO Direct's operating systems, client service teams and business processes. A Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), she brings over twenty-five years of real estate experience to RELO Direct®, as well as experience from a previous career in banking. She has been involved in all phases of relocation, including selling residential, commercial and investment properties and being owner/broker-in-charge of a residential real estate company. Pat also served as director of client services for Resource Referrals, a RELO Direct® legacy company she was instrumental in starting. |

Robert J. Noia, CRP/GMS, has over 34 years of business experience in executive, sales, sales management and operations positions and over 29 years experience in the relocation and real estate industries. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport, cum laude. He also completed Executive Development courses at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He received his industry certification in 1990 was awarded ERC's Meritorious Service Award in 1990. He is a past member of the ERC's membership committee and has participated in numerous industry conferences. Bob holds a real estate license in the State of Connecticut and his Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification. |
