Eligibility
If you meet the following criteria, you are eligible to participate in this program:
- You are not working with a relocation company and understand that incentives are paid one time per transaction.
- If selling a home, you currently have no listing agreement in effect with a real estate broker. You understand that you must close your home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.
- If purchasing a home, you have not yet viewed any property that you intend to purchase or signed an agency agreement with any other real estate broker/agent. You understand that you must close on your new home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.
This program is available to individuals nationwide at no cost to you, although incentives are prohibited in some states. However, you are still eligible to receive the professional services of our network approved real estate professionals and may receive valuable discounts on other related services.
How do I get started?
Complete the registration form, or call 1-800-821-3419 or email reloadvantage@relodirect.com.
What are the next steps?
Your RELO® Advantage Coordinator will contact you within 24 business hours after your registration is received. Your Coordinator will interview you to identify your specific real estate needs and will match you with a sales associate who will assist with all details relating to buying or selling your home.
What do I do to claim my incentive?
After you close on your house, simply call your RELO® Advantage Coordinator at 1-800-821-3419 or email them at reloadvantage@relodirect.com. Your Coordinator will ask you to send a copy of the HUD Statement via fax or mail. Your incentive check will be sent within 30 days. It’s that easy!
