Robert J. Noia Named EVP, Sales & Marketing for RELO Direct^®

Robert J. Noia, CRP/GMS, has been appointed Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing of RELO Direct^®.

Mr. Noia has over 34 years of business experience in executive, sales, sales management and operations positions and over 29 years experience in the relocation and real estate industries.

Bob began his business career as an account executive with Unisys Corporation in 1972. In 1976, he joined Transamerica Corporation in its Executive Development Program assigned to its relocation division, where his efforts aided in the development of one of the largest and most respected relocation management firms in the industry. In 1985, he was recruited by Coldwell Banker Relocation Management to help establish this new entrant in the relocation industry. During his tenure at Coldwell, he helped lead the company to a position of industry prominence, culminating in a sale of the business to Cendant Corporation. Bob joined Executive Relocation in 1995 as a member of its senior leadership team and lead the company's successful business development efforts. As Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, he was responsible for new business development, strategic and tactical marketing plans, public relations, sales training and development, pricing and conference and exhibition planning and execution. During his tenure at Executive Relocation, Executive earned the Tripple Award for both transferee and client satisfaction an unprecedented two years in a row.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport, cum laude. He also completed Executive Development courses at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He received his industry certification in 1990 was awarded the Employee Relocation Council's Meritorious Service Award for dedicated service and significant industry contribution in 1990. He is also a past member of the Employee Relocation Council's membership committee and has participated in numerous industry conferences. Bob holds a real estate license in the State of Connecticut and has obtained his Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification from the Employee Relocation Council.

Bob will work out of RELO Direct's office in Shelton Connecticut.
